Summary:
I live on the corner on Ridgewood and Broadview. If you want the best experience, park at St. Sava's church and enter the trail in front of the bar on the corner. Ride it till you get to the creek and follow the trail south till it ends or you get bored, then turn around and come back. While decending into the valley from the broadview side there are some wicked hills. Make sure your breaks work and you have good tires. The only way to climb the steep hills is with an alluminum fraim mountain bike. Steel bikes flex to much to get the power to the wheels and weigh an extra couple pounds. I used to borrow my friend's Canondale and ride back there with him a lot. I could make it up only half the steep hills. Walking the bike up sucks but it's a great ride. I've fallen decending the hills a couple times, no fun at all!

If your in the area, go for it! Oh yeah, I love riding down (inside) the creek too, you can start on the south side and go north and it's lots of fun.

Recommended Route:
Exit I-77 @ Plesant Valley and drive west, then turn north on Broadview. or Exit I-480 go South on State, and turn east on W. Ridgewood and drive to the Broadview Intersection. All the good trails are in the woods closer to the intersection, the city parking lot is directly next to the creek and you would have to backtrack all the way to the corner to get to the beginning...

Summary:
Scwman, you're telling me to get a clue! Remember that this "park" was at one time a land-fill! Also, a drinking hang-out for the local kids, who would rather throw the empties, than pack them out. Stay out of any mud in the area, because it really reeks! Scwman, email me if you can, I want to ask you something.

Summary:
There are some nice places to grind it out on this trail.... some of the hills are murder, others are just fun. Not too technical, however, easy to get lost and double-back on yourself. There's also an old parking lot way inside the park that is mostly soup and swamp goo - however, it is interesting to see what was around before development started enroaching. I have no idea if this place is legal. I've since moved out of Parma and I haven't been back in to see what's happened with it. It is a fun ride. There is also a portion behind Parmadale that is single-track that follows a ridge near some of the towers that is awesome. It looked incomplete at the time and quite illegal, but the line on it was great. You could also cliff-dive out from it back into the valley. Sweetness. btw - I named Parmanian Desparado because if you're desparare to ride around Parma, that was a nice place to go. :-)

Not many there at all... go out to Atchison for legal riding when okay. Kennerdell in PA, Donlinson Run in WVA, Knob in Wooster, Tsali in NC, and Alleghany in NY... all (except Tsali) are within 3 hours of Parma.

Summary:
I have never had a flat here from glass. In fact, the only time was from a thorn and I have ridden here about 40 times. Get a clue Rob. This trail is great for anyone who wants a midweek ride and is 20 min. away or less. It will take a few rides to figure out all the trails.

Summary:
I've been back there with my Jeep about 5 years ago, before it bacame a park, and once with my bike, last summer. Two buddies had to walk their bikes out due to flats from broken glass. Remember, this land was once a landfill for the city of Parma, so you will find stuff back there just waiting for nice soft rubber to pass over. I haven't been back there since, but I might have to make another trip there in the next week or so. I am only giving it 2 wheels because of the amount of broken glass. I might have to update that after my next ride there.

Recommended Route:
Enter from Ridgewood, just west of Broadview Road.
