Summary:
The Kent trail is easy to find if you follow the tracks. There are many trails to ride and most are interlinked. Small to medium descents, nice berms and potential for air. If it rained recently, prepare for lots of mud and bugs.

Trail needs the brush cleared a bit and trash picked up. Watch out for the militia paint ballers and broken glass along the tracks. Rating? 5.6/ 10

Recommended Route:
It's Kent. Bridge-tracks-East-look left.

Summary:
Was on the trails this morning, the trails were in pretty good shape. There were some wet spots but not to many. A lot of growth over the path but not impassable. This morning was on the cold side so I didn't encounter any Mosquitos.

Recommended Route:
If you want to know how to get there try this route. From the intersection of Main street (in Kent) and Terrace Dr. (runs through the edge of the university). Go West on Main one block to Wilson Ave., turn right (north), go straight through 4 way stop (Wilson becomes Harvey St.), go straight through 2nd 4 way stop, turn right at Lake St (east). Follow Lake St. to your first left, this is Mason Ave., turn left follow all the way to the dead end. The road turns to dirt, you cross the railroad tracks and the trails begin.

Hey whatsup?? Yeah it'd be sweet to find some more trails around Kent.. I hope this guy gets back on here and posts some directions. 25 miles of trails would be badass! Also.. anyone in the Kent area want to get together a group of dudes to go riding? send me an email at CraigBallog@hotmail.com It's hard finding anyone actually insterested in leaving the pavment.. I was thinking of starting a MTB club this spring, sponsered by KSU.. so our trips would be paid for by the university, which would be sweet..

alright.. laters

Great single track! Something for everyone. Some short steep downhills and some steep climbs too. Gets muddy easily after rain. Good time!
