First 1.5 miles is a climb along a grassy timber road. Trail then makes a signed sharp left turn up a single track and climbs to ridgeline offering views north toward mtns of Greene County, TN. Along with the nice views come plenty of briars and undergrowth on this part of trail. Trail then turns south, widens out into timber road, and descends ~3 miles back to Forest Service road 467. Climb 467 back up to trailhead to complete loop.

This trail should be removed from any plans to ride it, the forest has completely reclaimed the trail for the last 6 miles with thick briars brambles and thorns. The trail is riddled with Poison Ivy and Bear droppings. The trail is very poorly marked with many dead ends and doubling back to see where the trail is supposed to go. Strike this trail from the list.
