dump run

This trail has moderate up hill perfectly blended with some down a few good runs, but a downhill course that is unbelievible fast run jumps that are insane and a follow up trail back to parking area.

Summary:
I rode Alexander in Sept. of 2003 while visiting Asheville. The Dual Slalom/MTN X course was totally trashed. The berms were all washed out and erroded and the only decent jump left was at the bottom. But it looked like it ruled in it's day...too bad nobody has taken care of it. The single track that goes around this area is actually pretty sweet. There's just not alot of it. It was definitely worth it if you were a local or visitor and just wanted to do a short ride. It was actually located less than a mile from the Bed and Breakfast we stayed in, so I went and checked it out one morning. Although, my favorite while in the area was Bent Creek!!!

Recommended Route:
Take the single track to the right off the parking lot and do the big loop.

Other recommended trails in the same area:
Bent Creek, Pisgah...

Summary:
Last year it was nice with a few speedy sections... but not very many good lines to hit.
This year I heard it was really grown up with briars and such. If you're in the area, just go to Bent Creek or Black mtn.

Recommended Route:
Actual name of the course is Alexander Park
The DS course Kicks. That's the only reason it got 3tares

Other recommended trails in the same area:
Bent Creek, Richmond Hill, or Mills river
