This trail is very short, about 30 min ride, but very fun. Single track that has two long climbs, a few fast down hills, one killer right hand turn, and a rock drop (+2ft.) at the end. If you can bust two laps out or more, power to yah.
get on Hwy 321 and turn on the road at bojangles. go straight, through one stop light, then at the left curve make a right turn on winklers creek rd. follow through a couple of sharp curves and take the first left on Rocky creek rd. trail head is at the end of the road, it curves up to the right.
Summary: this is a fun, but short trail. A few laps should satisfy any rider. the climbs are long and steep, but not impossible. The downhills are fast and short, but very fun. The right hand curve is killer, go slow the first time, or you'll end up in the bushes like my first time. The rock drop at the end is ok, there is limb in the path before the drop, and not much landing room.
Recommended Route: Bust out one loop, if you feel like you can huck it some more go for it.
Other recommended trails in the same area: Broyhill, Statefarm
