Ridden Trail: Ridden Once

Weekend Warrior Summary: This is a short loop when combined with a bit of the black mountain trail. I rode up on Thrift cove and down on black mountain. This is a counter clockwise loop and makes the climbing eaiser but longer in miles and the downhill more technical but shorter in miles. I think the clockwise loop with a shorter harder climb and a longer faster downhill could be as good or better. Either way, combine this loop with the nearby Sycamore cove loop to make a decent outing.
This could be a five star trail but it's just too short. Other recommended trails in the same area: Black mountain, Grassy Road and Sycamore Cove

Ridden Trail: Once a week

Weekend Warrior Summary: This trail is great, you can do the whole thing in like 45 minutes and its not really difficult, but even advanced riders can make it fun and beginners can handle it too. It makes a good warm-up or is a good trail to do when you don't have a lot of time. You can make it a better work out if you do the m loop. Go up Black Mountain, and down Thrift Cove until you get to Grassy Roads, take this and it will put you out on the main road and you can then take Sycamore Cove back up to the trail and ride the jumps down. Grassy Roads though is not that fun if its wet, so keep that in mind. Either way you do it, this trail is a blast. Recommended Route: I like going up thrift cove and down black mountain. You can still go fast and its a lot more fun. Other recommended trails in the same area: Bennetts Gap, Danniel Ridge, Farlow Gap, Black Mountain, Long Branch
