Fisher River Park

The trail is technical with a variety of obstacles. There are some fast downhills, some good hard climbs (one killer climb), a cool creek crossing, a 16' long bridge, long double track sections, real tight single track with some tight turns and some wide open single track. It has two awesome rock gardens, one of which is in a nice climbing section that takes some good maneuvering to get through. We are continuing to improve on the trail by adding some log piles and some optional areas. The scenery is great, with the trail winding through the huge rocks, makes you truely feel like a "mountain biker"

Summary:
Very nice flowing trail. Not too tech. the trail is laid out quite nicely. Great downhills good uphills. Its only 5.3 miles but it feels like more. This trail has some nice rocks and rock gardens and a few nice tombstones sticking up at odd angles to keep you on your toes. Nice scenery and great park. The rocks, rock gardens and obstacles/ stunts are just killer.

Recommended Route:
Follow a local.. Robert gave us a great tour but just follow the arrows.

Other recommended trails in the same area:

Summary:
Just an update: We have opened up another section of trail at Fisher River. It is now a total of 4.5 miles with a fast beginning. If you like fast trails you'll love the new part and then it ties into the technical stuff that has been there.

Recommended Route:
Go through the arch from the parking lot and turn right as soon as you cross the creek. Follow the blue signs with white arrows through out teh entire trail and you can't miss it.

Trail was nice but short 3.3miles I was expecting more. Nice Rock Gardens. I felt the trail was easy from the technical aspect but still a tough ride. Very well navigated.

Recommended Route:
