Summary:
Trail starts out with a cool (bridge crossing) then its pretty normal xc stuff till you get to the stunts from there its pretty normal I dont know if I found all the trails but it seemed pretty small for xc stuff the stunts are realy well maintained and i only found one stunt that wasnt doable.I just moved here from Florida and it is pretty much like our trails just in Florida our trails go for anywhere from 20 to 75 miles so I hope to find more long distance stuff overall this place is well kept and lots of fun I just wish I would have known in advance about the two dollar fee to get in.check out swampclub.org to see some of my old playgrounds

Summary:
Pee-wee's is the best place to ride in the greater Hickory area. I am not a great stunt rider and don't do any major hucking so for me to ride some stunts they can't be too insane. On my first trip to pee-wee's there were only a couple of stunts built. They have added a great set up and maintained a fantastic feel to the stunt area. I met Humberto out there and he was nice enough to show us some of the awesome trails that were there at the park. Well worth the trip from Charlotte and Hickory areas. I drive down from Asheville because of the style of riding that pee-wee's has. Keep up the good work, I am sure that Pee-Wee would have been proud of the work that has been done.

All of the trails are great and the wooden structures that are there are ridable by all. The stunt area even has some stuff that is pretty easy. It seems to be divided up into three different areas: beginner trails, stunt area/race route, and trails that require intermediate experience. Every trail can be ridden by all as long caution is used on some of the jumps. This place is great. They ahve bathrooms and picnic tables to chill out at.

Summary:
This trail was quite surprise to me, as when I visit to NC, I usually ride Catawba Riverfront Park, but because of its closure, I find the next trail nearest to my locale. Pee.wees is a well maintained and fun set of trails, and has an amazing stunt course that was very well designed and constructed. Tight and winding singletrack describes it well, and lots of great jumps and easy to ride. Directions to this trail are a bit shakey, but I would recommend Mapquesting "Riverview Road" and you'll find it. Well maintained course and I'll definetly return soon.

Recommended Route:
Follow the entrance sign by the message board.

Other recommended trails in the same area:
Catawba Riverfront, Renaissance Park

Summary:
Once again folks it's time to lend a helping hand and do the "maintenance" thing at Pee Wee's. We will begin after the Labor day holiday. This year, we will be adding more singletrack! We have gained access to about 17 more acres! If you would like to help with the trail planning, or you would like to help with the work...please get in touch with: Mike Swanson, Al Hill, or Humberto Barrios at (828)-322-2303 the phone number at Clark's Bike Center in Hickory, N.C. for all the details!!! 2005 is going to be a blast, 2004 night riding is just around the corner! Summary:
I have been riding at pee wee's for a while now, and I beg to differ, about this place....I know everyone has an opinion and should be heard...I have two children.(girls) who ride with me. Let me tell you,...they are young (under 10) and they have grown up riding here. It is very family oriented. We come the the festival every year( and see Linda) and win lots of prizes...and most of all we ride...as a family...Yes, some of the trails are kind of tricky...But we are a family who tries anything.(thus the revolving door policy at the emergency room!!!) We are not afraid and my girls work hard to raise money so they can contribute to pee wee's "Fees". I think the NEW managers are doing a great job...Everytime we go, there is something NEW to try...and isn't that what these trails are about? There are easy trails and there are harder more technical trails...If someone wants something different ...I can just about bet ...the NEW manager will listen and try to comply.
