There are primarily two rides. Both of which are extremely technical. They both go along irondequoit creek so watch out for fisherman, dogs and walkers. Do the frontside first*quite a bit shorter* and then ride the back.

Summary:
A nice trail that follows the creek (more like a small river in my opinion, waterfalls and white water areas). Some parts get narrow so look out for walkers, etc. A lot of nice bridges that lead across areas, but some step up too greatly for you to climb over without smashing a few teeth on your chain rings. I wouldn't recommend trying it. Some parts are technical that you should only ride if you are confident with your skills. A little too much front brake and your off the ledge and into the water down below. Ouch. There is an offshoot trail called Honey Creek Trail, it's relatively short but there is a medium/large size hill that winds a couple times in some pretty tight turns. It's pretty nice to ride and is some good practice. The only beef that I have with the trail is that it all of a sudden just stops. You turn around and go back the other way. :( I also came across a group of high schoolers who were having a smoke and hanging out on one of the bridges found off Honey Creek Trail. Watch out for them. A very nice trail but just not one that you would want to blast through if you're in the narrow parts.

Recommended Route:
There isn't really much of a loop but just one trail which eventually just stops. Just mosey your way around the main trail and Honey Creek. Find your own preference.

Other recommended trails in the same area:
Harris Hill is just up the road on Penfield Road. Why not hit that one, too?

Summary:
Hit this trail only during off hours, the trails are generally fairly narrow and you stand a good chance of mowing down some unsuspecting hiker. This is a very popular place for hikers so proceed with caution. It's a farily easy run so you can just cruise it on an off day.

Summary:
Great easy goign technical ride. No place to really pick up speed and fly through. Lots of small rock climbs and the like. Again, two main trails. One can be fun and somwhat fast on the way back. No loops. Just an out, turn around, come back.
