Cross Country Rider Summary: Great in the fall. Park by the Harley dealership in wurtsboro and enter trail to go east or west. This is the old O & W railbed that runs adjacent to the canal. Nothing technical just beatiful scenery in either direction. Ride west to Bashakill and take the road back about 10 miles round trip. Ride east and you can go all the way to Liberty or Kingston. The trail splits in summitville. East to Kingston, north to Mountaindale and beyond. Recommended Route: travel east to the linear canal park and ride up the mountain at summitville, the downhill trail by the north tunnel portal is worth the trip up the mountain. Other recommended trails in the same area: Stewart,Goosepond, highland lakes,Waywayanda
