Reviewed by: Summary: This is a 7 mile loop of advanced technical single track. Unless you are Hans Rey, you will have to get off your bike in a few sections. Overall, the trail has real nice flow. Not alot of sustained elevation change but alot of quick climbs and desents. The trail follows the Raquette River and has some great waterfalls to check out as well as some awesome swimming holes. The O'Mailey brook trail and Legde/Psycho trails are in this area too. To complete all the trails takes about two hours. Recommended Route: Start at Brown's Bridge and ride the loop counter clockwise. This is not super important, both directions are fun!! Other recommended trails in the same area: O'Mailey Brook, Ledge Trails, Postwood and 7 Springs

, from Hannawa Summary: For advanced riders only. I personally can ride everything so far, but I wouldn't recomend it. There are lots of rocks and roots that want to flip you so be on guard. Recommended Route: Start on Lenny road at the first entrance from Pdam. As stated before, you gotta find the Pscyco trail yourself!!! Other recommended trails in the same area: THESE TRAILS KICK MAJOR A$$!!!!!!!!!!!!!

, from Clarkson Summary: Holy Shit! This trail is nuts. I went there today and I consider myself to be a good rider and I actually took my first trip over the handlebars. I definately recommend you ride it at least once to see what it has to offer. There is a lot of easy stuff, but everyonce in awhile there is some hairy sections.

, from Potsdam Summary: Where your helmet and don't plan on being able to ride everything. Even the locals have difficulty doing that. If you can ride here without getting ejected once or twice you're a good technical rider. Not recommended for those who are faint of heart. However, the trails do offer some great views of the Raquette River, have an abondance of wild life and a good workout. There are many short steep hills, the only long climb and decent is on the "Psyco Trail". If you're questioning your ability, walk the trails first to judge if you can ride them. Recommended Route: Any Other recommended trails in the same area: Seven Springs, Clarkson University, Rainbow Falls to Clear Pond, Post Wood Park, Canton Tech (if its dry), the Snow Bowl, Catamount, White Face Mountain, Gore Mountain, ...
