Weekend Warrior Summary: I rode pretty much every trail there this weekend and did not see any 20ft berms or 8+foot drops. The trail system is pretty much one long trail down the mountain with other smaller trails branching off from it and usually meeting back up with the main jeep road. Not really as many options as Plattekill but at least this place is marked and you don't start on a green trail just to find yourself on a double black diamond a few seconds later not knowing how you got there. The trails are extremely well cared for and the guides are great. The mountain can be rode on any bike. I used a 5 inch trailbike and had more fun than my friend on a hardtail although he still rode every trail. A full downhill bike is not needed but you'll just be able to go faster. Nice place, nice lift, no lines. Needs more trails. Recommended Route: The Nasty, Upper and Lower Roller Coaster, Chaos Corridor (watch your chainring). Other recommended trails in the same area: Plattekill but wear armor and control your speed.

Downhiller Summary: I just rode the trail after a trailwork party. These new trails for 2007 are unbelievable. Just flat out goregeus. Now, this park is comparable to diablo and platekill. It's got the jumps, huge 20ft berms(i'm dead serious) big, 8+ foot drops, you name it. HUNTER MOUNTAIN>>>>>THE NEW FREERIDERS PARIDISE JUST # HRS> FROM THE CITY CHECK IT OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Recommended Route: All new 2007 trails, ask for sue, she's cool Other recommended trails in the same area: idk, i'm from Long Island

Downhiller Summary: The best trails I ever rode. I would reccomend it to intermediate riders. It now has a new trail with berms on every turn. It also has some tight and technical singletrack. 1 day is 28 dollars. Their rating system is stupid. Anything downhill is a black diamond. Recommended Route: Go with a tour guide, and ask for Sue. She is the nicest person I know. Other recommended trails in the same area: Diablo Park, at mountain creek.
