Cross Country Rider Summary: It is a fun place to mess around. Worth the time if your in town. Very flat. The kids are constantly building ramps of varying shapes and sizes. However the ramps are confined to one area. The rest is basic cruising. Very pretty and very popular with dog walkers. Many short side trails. Other recommended trails in the same area: Sugar hill is tough due to the horse diviots and mud!

Ridden Trail: Once a year
| |
Reviewed by: Jeff
, from Syracuse, NY Summary: The whole area consists of relatively flat ground. Then again there are rolly pollies throughout the whole deal. Check this place out while down that way. Not quite a trail as it is more of a playground in which you can mess around with different terrain. I took this one trail (hidden within a group of trees) where you needed to make tighter turns at slower speed and 1/4 mile down was flying through blind corners. Some of those jumps there are pretty big. Watch out for people walking (I almost plowed over someone). Not a long trail system but could spend hours hitting different trails. Recommended Route: All the routes are worth taking. For beginners you have straights where you enjoy the view. If your pleasure is the jumps you have many built with 5 foot drops. Other recommended trails in the same area: Sugar Hill State Forest, Conneticut Hill State Forest
