Blueberry Hill

A lot of tight overgrown XC singletrack. This is a seperate part of the Pine Bush Preserve and so there is a lot of sand, but it is great because it is so close to Albany, and there are never really any hikers there, so you can bring the dogs and let them run with you. I have gone around 15 - 20 times in the last month and have seen a combined 4 other people in there

Summary:
I just got back from riding here today, and I must say that what this area lacks in difficulty, fun and length it completely makes up for in convenience. There is something to be said about being able to leave your house drive to the trail, take a 45 - 1 hour ride, and drive home in a hour and a half total.

There are some fun stairs and some short steep hills with really tight singletrack through trees and bushes, and there is a lot of wildlife as well (deer, turkeys, blue herron, rabbits)

Anyways, I am kind of talking this place up because it is so close, and no one is ever there, but with all this rain the trails are getting a little overgrown because of lack of use, and the rangers at Pine Bush aren't going to do anything becuase no one really uses this section of the park, so grab your bike and go for a quick spin
