O.M.F.G. Can you say "untapped". Over 1500ft verticle of almost undiscovered terrain. From smooth as glass fire roads, crisp rolling ridgeline singletrack and beautiful vistas to 20+ft creek gaps, bottomless chutes and 50+mph descents, this place has it all. Aside from me and a couple of buddies I have seen as many riders here this past years as I can count on one hand. This place has so many trails. I have been riding and hiking here for 2+years and I still find new trails EVERY time I come here. Everything ANY mountain biker could ever want exists here. I has uphills so easy my mom (literally, and she's 52) can ride up and descents so technical and long (for the east coast) we havn't even found the bottom (chuckles!!!). I have no idea how large the park is , but you can easily rack up 40+ miles if thats you bag. Also for us freeride types there is that pedalable fire road (which leads to most of the DH runs), and we are sometimes even lucky enough to catch a ride up with one of the workers or random off roaders.

Trail Directions
Rt 9D south (off I-84, last exit before Newbergh-Beacon Bridge). You will go through the city of Beacon. As you are leaving the city (past rt.52) you will come to a steep uphill w/a blind right hand corner. There will be a deli on you left @ the apex of the corner and a parking lot in front of you. You can park in the lot... Or immidiatly after the deli turn left and continue on until you see a stop sign. At the sign turn right. The road will go up a hill and bear left. As/right before the road goes left you will want to bear/turn right on the first available (non-private) street. You will come to a locked gate @ the end of the road. This is where you park.
