Weekend Warrior Summary: Found these trails finally.
Its mostly downhill stuff.
There is this one downhill gully that ends in a 5 foot drop at the edge of a rocky creek.
It also has left turn on very skinny ledge that goes to hump and a huge log.
On the other side of the log is another , shorter descent.
Looks like there are at least 4 entrances to the trails .. all down hill.
Recommended Route: There is a service road across from DenonVille in on Empire, corner of "Baskets by Design".
The service road closes at 4 .. but there is a wide service trail just to the right of that road entrance.
The trails are hard to see .. but the "Blue Trail" is the second trail that I saw off of that service trail on the left.
I took a Left turn on that blue trail and kept following it left .. it swung around and I noticed a worn path that goes down a gully.
You can also take this service trail all the way to the open fields of YMCA and there are a few entrances to the left .. just follow the edge of the forest.
There is even one down the grassy slope.
You can also park in the YMCA parking lots and ride the open fields towards the assisted living apartments on the other side of the YMCA.
There will be a large clearing on your left .. there is a service path on the right .. and there should be a trail entrance somewhere around there.
If not go past the clearing on your left and look for more openings further beyond like the one down the grassy slope and the one in the camping area.
All downhill stuff except for the rock walk at the bottom, great for building climbing legs.
Other recommended trails in the same area: Dryer Park in Victor

Cross Country Rider Summary: WOW!!! amazing display of all types of riding within 5-6 miles of constant fun! The entrance starts off with a nice, not very steep, but gradual downhill. u can rack up a lot of speed going down this thing but beware of the bumpyness and leaves. switch-backs also own this baby! a lot of balance and technique/finesse must be used on this trail to stay in control. a lot of variations of uphill climbs as well. some extremely straight up (forces you to fight for traction) others very gradual (gotta have a game plan and keep constant pedal strokes). Down hills are amazing!!! truely, it takes a lot of time to understand and master the downhill courses, proper braking and balancing of the brake is a must to keep both wheels down while dodging broken treestumps or humongus roots. I feel sorry for you if you ride a 7005 alloy hard tail frame. Its gonna jar you around!!!!!! just stay off the seat and be proactive! if you counter the obstacles positively you will be fine. Recommended Route: go down the 104 bike path untill you reach bay rd. head towards empire blvd, and make a right at the ymca street (i forgot the name, but i think its made up) its located right behind the outdoor playground across the creek. Other recommended trails in the same area: webster park. a great trail to hone/develop/learn new skills.

Cross Country Rider Summary: This system of trails is pretty good for around here. Nothing is extremely hard on it, but it has a fun factor that is hard to find around here. For the most part all the trails are somewhat wider than most single tracks and are ultra smooth. This makes the trails extremely fast aka fun. This trails are so fast and smooth that I ride my old school ridge cross-country bike with clip-ins (i usually ride a P2). Alot of up's and down's, along with stuff to look at, and its a good place to get some hill climbs in for a work out. The only trouble is the trails don't have alot of technical stuff on them, but its a good place to go out and ride and not get beat up. Recommended Route: ride around its all basically the same and good. Other recommended trails in the same area: If you want to do some hard core type XC riding go down to hi tor in the naples reagion. Some of the trails there will make you poop your pants. they are basically the same as this place but with tons of rocks and crazy shiit to get in your way (also a shiit ton bigger).

, from Chili N.Y, Summary: This was my first time out mountain biking- something I've wanted to do for a long time. It was pretty nice. Some technical spots. Didnt have enough time to explore as much as I would have liked to but what i saw was good. Just watch out for other bikers along the single track areas. Oh yea, and go slow when cossing the field because theres lots of kids during the summer camp time.

, from Rochester, NY Summary: These trails are amazing!!! This set of trails contains a huge variety of hard and not-so-hard trails. It is perfect for any skill level of a rider. Not to mention there is a HUGE jump waaaaaaay down towards the bay in one of the trails...just amazing (with HUGE air!!!) I would recommend this to any rider...for beginners there are a lot of fun downhills with gentle uphills (if u can find them all) and for an advanced rider, there are certainly enough run-off trails to keep one pleased for hours on end! GREAT RIDE!!! Recommended Route: From the Henrietta area: Take 390 North to 590 North (exit 15), then from 590 North take 404/Empire Blvd (exit 8). Make a right at the bottom of the exit onto 404. Follow this over the bridge and after about 2 miles make a left onto Bay Road. Park at the YMCA, and head out over the open field and into the woods. Other recommended trails in the same area: Tryon Park
