Trail is a 10 mile run north alongside the Croton Resevoir. At end, turn around and back track down the same trail back to your car. Solid Intermediate Trails- you will be more rewarded for your ability to stay on the trail because it is seldom ridden by anyone but me - bring a buddy. This trail is fun if you live nearby - gives you a great alternative to the overused Graham Hills Park. Have fun!

Summary:
Very difficult trail to find and stay on. Entry point and the first few hundred yards are releatively straight forward, then just finding the "trail" is difficult. With Post 9/11 paranoia, it seems newly posted against trespassing.

Reviewed by: Brendan G , from Bedford, New York

Summary:
Good trail - nice views of the Croton resevoir - watch for horses (always dismount!) and fishermen. Otherwise try to keep on the trail. Gets 4 out ot 5 because it is close to my house, relatively unridden and has great views. Lots of deer for my dog to chase!

Recommended Route:
Straight from the trailhead to the end - 8 or 9 miles then loop back and do it all over again

Other recommended trails in the same area:
Graham Hills
