Trail is winding not to technical a few log hops and some fun climbs , a nice downhill and on the other side of the road, it is mostly Single Track, you don't need full , a hardtail is fun. Wednesday night at seven the local bike shop BIKEHAMPTON does night rides
From East Hampton town go down Newtown lane, Past the Middle school , cross the Rail Road tracks and stay on newtown lane. Newtown becomes Long Lane, After long lane you makea right then take your next left, it should be route 114, Stay on that road for a couple of miles and there should be a turnoff dirt road area, usually during summer there are quite a few cars there, the trail is right there follow the roughly 6 ft wide trail on your bike about 500 ft and make a left turn have FUN, remember enjoy yourself Youa re on a n island, you can't get lost...
