Ridden Trail: Every few months

Weekend Warrior Summary: The total loop is around 10 miles. The straight shot to the Ranger School is in the best shape and is about 5 miles one way. Fun rolling single track with some rock gardens and rooty sections. One of the few places to bike single track in the ADK park. These trails take a while to dry out and should be avoided in the wet season. The adjacent Ranger School trails offer more miles and variety. I don't know the official status on mountain biking on them.

Ridden Trail: Ridden Once

, from Rochester, NY Summary: Intermediate to advanced trail that has some nice flats, some good hills and some very technical rock/root riding. Beginner / intermediate could ride as well but would have to dismount more often. Great scenary, brooks, forests. Trail ends at a lean-to on Cranberry Lake. Trail needs to be cleared a bit, however (downed trees).
