, from Youngsville, NY Summary: It's a O.K. place to go. If you not in good shape it's going to be really hard. Theres a 20-30 minute ride to the top and it's all up hill. There is some single track and a couple of crazy downhills. Recommended Route: Start at the bottom of the mountain and take the main trail all the way to the top. From there you can find all sorts of single track. There is also some single tracking if you take a left at the base ball field and go by the little stone pit. Other recommended trails in the same area: MTA (stewart lands)

Ridden Trail: Once a week

, from Brooklyn Summary: I work during the summer for a camp near there, and we take the kids there. I end up doing it four or five times a week during the summer. If it's wet, watch out, but it's great when it's dry. The big climb is very tough, there's some great single track on the top of the mountain (if you can find it), and the downhill's great. Recommended Route: All of its good Other recommended trails in the same area: Lake Minnewaska (not technical though)

, from Rock Hill NY Summary: This is an excellent course with tons of Single Track and hard climbs. There are also some very fun off camber downhills that will teach you a lesson if your not careful. When it is dry this place rocks when it is wet be careful. There are not many people riding this great course so basically its just you and nature. If anybody wants to go for a ride dont hesitate to call me 914 794 0415 Recommended Route: I've ridden it alot of times but I couldn't tell Ya! Other recommended trails in the same area: There are some kick ass trails in Rock Hill also!!! call me if you want to know where.
