Multi Use 909 Tyrell road

Many mile long stretches of single track connected by carriage trails. Lots of great ones, like a smaller Stewart Airport ride (by the way, you might look into preserving that area, as it may be developed soon!!)

Summary:
Despite the wet weather this season, 909 does not have a frustrating amount of mud. The main bulk of it is found only on portions where the ground dips more than 2-3 feet. The rest of the trail is rideable at a very fast pase. Trail maintanance has been great much thanks to the unsung heroes. Steep technical uphills, so tune up the granny gear, with smooth rolling downhills that yeild great speed going into the flat singletrack. In the evening around 5-6 pm there is a good presence of riders to consult regarding best route to take.

Summary:
Rode the 909 for the first time last week. It was so good. They are harvisting trees on the eastern side, so some of the trails are pretty boogered up with debris. But the single track off of the rode from the parking lot is absolutely beautiful! Bring the nug spray!!!

Summary:
This place is great. I was working in the area, so I would ride it after work every day. The puddle after the pipe can be very deep,so use caution.
Take spare tubes, you may need them. The best part is, you can do many laps, they are not too extreme, and you still get a good workout. I got my map of the trails from the Pleasant Valley Bike Shop in town.

Recommended Route:
Do them all

Summary:
Nice place to ride. Lot's of various types of trails from single track to fire roads. You can do a ton of decently technical single track and then get a break by going on a fire road. Just enough hills to give you a good workout, but not so many that you feel like it's only hills. There are a lot of nice fast areas of single track that you can ride, with a couple of little bumps thrown in. You can get a good rythmn going, as opposed to some other areas that I ride where there you can never get a good fast ride going because of all the rocks, roots & trees that are thrown in.

Recommended Route:
various
