Weekend Warrior Summary:
If you live close by, why not? I wouldn't suggest going during the summer. The surrounding low income families crowd the park. Recommended Route:
Start by the parking lot closest too the Southern State Parkway. Ride to the opening just south of the parkway along the horse tails and follow around the park. Other recommended trails in the same area:
bethpage, caumsett
