Cross Country Rider Summary: how could there be more uphill than downhill on 2-way trails?-hey, the backside of Mt Graham has been re-done! the eroded steep blue trail section has been closed off and new singletrack has been cut-very nice- Graham hills still excels in diversity-nice trails of different skill levels- good wildlife- good parking lot action- easy to get to.

Cross Country Rider Summary: It's an okay trail. There is more climbing then down hill. There are a few technical trails it is similar to Mianus River and Saxon woods. And if get a chance you should go to this bike shop called Briarcliff Bike Works it is so awesome. I dont recommend it to beginners at all. It is a place that you go to get in shape. Recommended Route: Large Loop!! Other recommended trails in the same area: Mianus River and Saxon Woodd

Cross Country Rider Summary: This week was the first time back in say 8 years or so and I don't remember it being this fun or well groomed the first time. It was incredible. Not bad at all in terms of loose rocks which is what I love about this trail; it does not break your rhythm at all! The rocks are more embedded in hard packed dirt which is great for flying and dicing through the turns and little roller coaster type whoops. Some natural rock ramps for jumping and some real bad ass hills for descending and climbing. Some hills were just too steep to climb w/o spinning out. Overall I really liked it. It was similar to Saxon Woods which I used to ride before it became illegal. Recommended Route: Follow the trail from the parking lot across the bridge and bear right after the bridge. Take the next right off of that at I believe, a fork, onto the red or pink trail. This will carry you along the fence by the Taconic Pkwy. Off of that there is a link to the blue trail which dumps you out on some back trails with sand berms and jumps which looks like it is used by motocross riders. Always look for the blue trail to lead you back to the parking lot. There will be a sign directing you to the parking lot. I never worried about getting lost. You could always ride to the sound of the cars and take the Taconic back! Other recommended trails in the same area: John Hand/ Bald mtn.-Behind Teatown Lake Reservation in Ossining. It's private land which is legal to ride on. Don't ride on Teatown's trails!

Cross Country Rider Summary: sick. most aggressive short trail in Westchester county. watch the downhill from the top of the trail...it's steeper than you think. great parts if you find 'em, like the sand jumps used by the motocross riders. Recommended Route: park at or across the street from PACE University, since P'Ville cops are dooshbags and ticket cars at the park's lot there after dusk. Other recommended trails in the same area: Saxon Woods in White Plains just off the Hutch. Not as aggressive, but real fun.

Cross Country Rider Summary: Small, but lots to do here. Rocky, rooty technical single track abounds...some very tough technical challenges, some high log jumps and some unmarked stuff that is real fun. OHHHH and some lung busting mega technical climbs that are a heck of a lot of fun going down. Recommended Route: I mix things up here but highlites are the blue counter-cw up the hill and then down, the red down, the white up and then the down side through the rock garden/water crossing area up to the blue intersection. Also the unmarked trails off the blue at the back are great. Other recommended trails in the same area: Ninham, Sprain, Blue Mountain, Ringwood, Mianus
