, from Syracuse Summary: I went round and round without finding an out. Went past the same stupid benches before bailing out down some prohibited path. Got to see a map next time. Figured state paths would be marked but they weren't. Easy ride though. Recommended Route: I don't know.

Ridden Trail: Once a month

, from Manlius, Ny Summary: There are a few fun downhill sections on the way in/out of the park, but the area is mostly rolling hills/moderate climbs over a mowed trail maintained by the park. Great for a nice relaxed ride with friends or for those who aren't into running into trees or falling on big rocks. If you take the outer loop, you'll run into the V's, a small area marked "no biking" alongside the park. If you're looking for some thrills, and are a fairly adept rider, you can spend all day in there without being too bored. Very steep chutes through the main gully with steep climbs out(hence the name, V's). On the way out, make sure to hit the rolling hills trail, just follow the downhill and go through the campsite. The climb back to the car is a long one, you can take the trails or the road, the choice is yours. Happy trails. Recommended Route: Use the back entrance to the park, park in the golf course parking lot to avoid paying the park fees. Ride back along the road you came in on for about 1/4 of a mile, you should see a trailhead on your right(marked no biking for the first 500 feet, but legal after that). The route takes you on a short downhill through the woods, followed by a short uphill out to a gravel path. Follow the path up to the crest of the hill, take the outer loop, and make sure you stop by the V's before taking the downhills to the bottom of the park. Other recommended trails in the same area: Skytop at south campus on syracuse university, best riding in the area

, from Syracuse University Summary: Green Lakes and Farmers Hill are some fun trails. Not very diffiult or technical but there is some cool downhill and uphill stuff. And the lakes are beautiful. Sometimes there are chicks sunbathing topless so check out the beach. Just dont ride on the trail around the beach (it isnt allowed and we all wanna be respectfull). Also read the review for Skytop, the trails there are the best in Central NY. Recommended Route: If you park at Green Lakes and head out on the outer loops of the lakes you will find all the good ones. The place isnt that big. Other recommended trails in the same area: SKYTOP at South Campus Syracuse University
