North-shore style, very technical in some spots with some fire roads mixed in. (I used to ride with the guys, but I whimped out almost every time. Someday skillset will go up)I took my first major crash there...(I moved out of the Rochester area a couple years ago)

Summary:
Good cross-country singletrack. Ups and downs mostly. Smooth, few roots or rocks so its enjoyable by children of all ages and abilities. Couple of nice stream crossings. My 14 year old was kinda bored though; not enough things to jump off and over, and too much uphill. Kids. Lots of trails, little deep mud after a few days of rain but slick as camel snot. Larger and easier than singletrack at Tryon Park.

Best place to park is the western-most YMCA lot. Empire Boulevard northeast to Bay, take the next left (at Salvatore's pizza, across from Wegmans).

Recommended Route:
Dunno yet.

Other recommended trails in the same area:
Tryon Park is close by and good, so is West Bay (a secret, I think). Harriet Hollister Spencer and Hi Tor to the south are great if you have the legs.
