Croton Dirt Jumps (The Pit

Large dirt jump park with really well made jumps for diverse skill levels. 100 foot downhill run-in out of the woods into a flat plain with the option of 1 3 foot tall hip jump, 1 8 foot double followed by a tight berm, 2 10 foot doubles followed by a berm, or 1 16 foot gap jamp followed by a smaller double and culminating in a dirt quarter pipe of the option of another hip jump. From a seperate runin, there is a rythym section of 2 9 foot doubles, followed by a berm, a small double, then the option of a 9 foot double, or a tabletop followed by a stepup to manual deck. Stop by and check it out, always changing. Replace your case marks with dirt and please be courteous and dont throw trash.
Take route 129 towards Croton. Pass Croton Dam Park. About 1 mile later, the road goes uphill. Look at the hillside on your right for a small dirt path going up a small hill and into the woods. Park on the shoulder of the road.
