, from Newport News, VA Summary: I skated this trail all through college, never actually biked it. With that said, I would never bike this trail. I didn't buy a mountain bike to ride on a paved road with inline skaters and families out for a stroll. Go find yourslef a sweet singletrack somewhere and leave this trail to the pedestrians and skaters. Recommended Route: Can't miss the parking lot, it's just past the throgs neck bridge... I've never parked there personally, I used to skate from great neck along Norhtern Blvd... to hit the trail Other recommended trails in the same area: Bethpage State Park
