Saddle Brook/Ridgewood Park

Average Rating:    (2 of 5)

No. of Reviews: 2

Consists of Ridgewood, Saddle Brook, and Glen Rock Parks all interconnected by bike/walk ways. Doing a paved loop will run you ~8-10mi. There''s a small terrain section tucked away behind trees in the Glen Rock Park (enterance is around foot bridge along stream going to Ridgewood) its''s short but good for beginners. Two other kiddie dirt loops tucked away in other two parks. Best time to go is in early AM and evenings (the area can be congested with peple at times). Recommended for beginners and kids.

Summary:
This park is better suited for running, but I take the mtb here when I need a quick fix.

There are some dirt trails, but the grove trail is always under water. A couple of nice moguls built by some kids.
