princeton university campus

The campus has lots of crazy shit in it. The main attraction, staircases, and big drop offs. It's best suited for full suspension bikes. Also, dont look like a biker, try to come off as a student, like wear a back pack. Body armor is also good, i don't always wear it, but sometimes i wish i did, because concrete and marble really HURT! Watch out for campus security, just act like a student when there around, and if they approach you especially when you are doin tricks and stunts, just take the fuck off. Because they can kick you out, after all it is priviate property. And if you piss them off they will call in the local cops, and princeton cops are assholes, so don't piss off the security dudes. Especially the african guy he's a real asshole, belive me i know, i'm there all the time. Also dont go in large groups, the key is to not look obvious. Go by yourself the first couple of times just to get the feel of the campus and to learn where everything is, and make sure you know your way around in case you have to take off. The campus is really a lot of fun, just be careful, and dont hit any students or piss anyone off. Have Fun!

Summary:
urban freeride: big and little gaps, stairsets galore, trials-type urban stuff.
Beware of campus security, with a bike and some skills you can outrun even the mounted ones, but dont piss them off cause they'll tell the princeton cops, and those guys have lots of free time cause theres no crime in princeton, so they can chase you in a car.

Recommended Route:
The campus is pretty big; theres a nice spot for some freeridingif you go up washington road into the campus from nassau. There will be a big wierd black statue on the right and a building with modern columns on the left. Other good spots are Blair arch by the campus store and the quads around Dillon Gym

Other recommended trails in the same area:
Herrontown woods, Autumn Hill Reserve, Palmer square (across the street)

Summary:
This campus is great for learning and perfecting your jumping and style. I recommend a full suspension bike because it is all concrete and marble, oh and protection is probably good too. But if you make yourself obvious by wearing a full face mask helmet and body armor u will be busted by security and they will kick u out or maybe worse. So be discrete and dont piss off any students or run any over because they might report u also, come on these are a bunch of pricenton prepies, there chumps, so u could kick there ass. The best stair case is the one that is about 60 to 80 steps long and empties out into the court yard where there school store is. You'll know it when u see it its long and real wide, remember its concrete, so it hurts if u crash, so dont go all out at first. Ease into it.

Recommended Route:
None. Just go there and ride all over the campus and get to kbnow it, and look for fun stuff. If u do urdan riding then u know what is fun and what isn't and this campus is full of excellent stair gaps that launch you!And tons of small stair cases that are nice for jumping. Also there are a couple of nice walls to drop off of, just look for them.

Other recommended trails in the same area:
Any urban scenario that offers tons of stair gaps and walls for drop offs.
