Peeslee Deer Run Trails

Average Rating:    (4 of 5)

No. of Reviews: 2

There are hundreds of single track or deer path trails in this area. There is not set route or loop, you will just have to explore. Rided into the fields and keep looking for trails that run into the woods. The hunters and wild game have made all the trails and are well established. Their is alot of downed tree to hop over and fire ditches to jump. You don't see many motorcycles like on the other side of Rt. 49 which makes the trails firm for this sandy area. It's easy to get lost here, so it's best to bring a GPS or prepair for a "out and back" ride. Don't ride here during December remember "DEER SEASON!!!!!!!!" Good ride for the area. Great place to explore!

Summary:
This is out my back door, ride it often, take RT. 49 to 1st ave in Estell Manor and park. A lot of old roads through that interconnect. Stay between RT 49, 1st ave, Cumberlan ave and the Tuckahoe river. You'll see alot of deer and turkeys. Don't ride between June and the first frost, too many ticks and chiggers. Stay out during deer season.

Recommended Route:
Enter on 1st ave. in Estell Manor and stay between 1st ave, cumberland ave and the Tuckahoe River.

Summary:
theres a pit before peeslees on the left that has a few Big Drops! one of the drops has to be 40 feet! I took my Santa Cruz Bullit off the 40 footer freeride style! this pit is great because you have a lip at the bottom that will help your landing. but if you jump to far and miss the lip you maybe looking at tacoed wheels and broken legs!

Recommended Route:
did not ride the trails. just the pit near by.

Other recommended trails in the same area:
parvins state park has a pit with some Big Drops to!
