There are several trails totaling around 10-20 miles lots of single track, and loopbacks. Several Bridges and a fun clay pit for some technical riding.

Summary:
Nice fast trails that are as scenic as they get in South Jersey. All beginner level of difficulty, but enjoyable for a short ride. However, I did not find the clay pit mentioned below. It may have been off a trail that I bypassed due to endless foot deep standing water (It had been raining several days). I only found some short sections that I would classify as singletrack, but it was all fun to zoom through in the middle chainring. There might be ten miles total. The distances are shown on the trail map available at the park office (off Rt. 540). I hit this park on the way home to PA after helping my parents move. It wet my appetite, so i called off work last night to ride Brickerville, PA today.

Recommended Route:
Rode most of the trails not blocked by deep water in an hour.

Other recommended trails in the same area:
Grew up in South Jersey, which I then and now refer to as The Heart of Darkness. I used to ride mostly at Port Elizabeth, which I saw reveiwed herein (called something else). No mention was made that it is all posted now. All of the trails near my parents old house have been blocked by developments and golf courses. I grew up with miles of woods to play in, and it seems like it is all paved or fenced in now.

Summary:
A nice flat system of trails which are good for first time mountain bikers or "cross" riders. Some sections are very scenic, so don't forget to enjoy the view. Also, the rangers are very nice and helpful.

Recommended Route:
None really, just get a map from the ranger

Other recommended trails in the same area:
Valley Forge and Camden County College

Summary:
The trails are in great shape, dry and such the trails to the west of the lake in the swamps are challange. Lots of good trails on far side of lake (otherside, away from ranger station) good work out and general fun. Grfeat trails to take 1st time riders, for the wife and kids or that new girlfriend/boyfriend that claims to ride, but you find that the bike is being used as a clothes rack. Couldn't find the pit, this time, but really enjoyed the swampy trails areas. The rangers were Very HELPFUL!!!!!

Recommended Route:
Just follow the paths

Summary:
Most of this trail is good for beginners. The pit is pretty fun I took a big drop. The trails are good for keeping in shape and if you want a long ride I recommend it. Unfortunatly I like freeriding and going off drops and jumps, so I was a little bored although I found a couple of nice side trails(unable to locate again), and the pit which is fun place to ride. I like to bring my wife here to ride. It gives us time together and a good workout. Then when we reach the pit I can take some jumps and drops and she can watch(in case I need to be carried out). Great place to camp. I give 4 stars, only for those who use mountain biking for scenery and keeping in shape on a trail that is not that technical.
