Capoolong Creek WMA

Average Rating:    (0 of 5)

A rail trail road running along a small scenic stream for its entire length. The trail is grown up into single-track for about half of the ride. It can be muddy in spots. Slightly more challenging than the nearby Lockwood Gorge Trail. Decent scenery. There is an abandoned railroad station at the far end of the trail. Trail length is just shy of 6.5 miles out to Quakertown Rd near Pittstown and back. Parking for ~5 vehicles is available on the right hand side of Sidney Rd just south of the Creek.
