Cross Country Rider Recommended Route: Park at the main office off of Route 206.
Start peddling into stokes and at the first intersection make a right onto the fire road and continue up it until you reach Lackner trail on your left. Follow that trail until start to see Stony Lake on your right and dip into Stony Lake trail on your right and treat yourself you the scenic loop around the lake. Near the end of that you will find yourself making a left onto Coursen trail which will bring you to the Stony Lake parking lot. At the far end of the parking lot there in the middle is a trail that leads you down to Kittle Field, at that point turn right in where the pavillion is a take the waterfall trail between the pavillion and the bathrooms. Enjoy this sweet downhill. At the end you will pass between two barns and you will turn right onto Blue Mountain Trail and head towards Lake Oqitaunk(sp) once you cross the creek at the camping site, get on the road heading right and go towards Tinsley Trail (hope you enjoy climbs). Take tinsley until you meet up with Swenson Trail and take that easy breather trail back to Coursen Trail get your rock garden workout for the day and you will end up on sunrise road (cont below) Other recommended trails in the same area: Make a right onto the road and continue down until you reach a AT blaze on your rigt and follow that all the way through to Route 206. Make a right on the highway for a brief moment and enter a blind trailhead just across from Gyp's tavern and fly your way back to the beginning intersection and make a left back to your car and then finally thank me later for a killer ride.
