Some very fun downhill, a bit of crossing streams, bridges, some roads, a long, boring uphill, OK for the kids.
Summary: The park is small, but technical enough to be interesting. You can make a complete circuit in less than 15 min., or you can explore a few outlying trails. The place is nice and clean with no broken glass or any litter at all. Good place to train for XC sprints.
Recommended Route: Note: this trail starts off of Cooper Ln only, don't bother driving down Colby Farm. There is a parking area just off the dirt road section.
Other recommended trails in the same area: Go here, skip the Evans reserve (ho hum).

Summary: This trail is great because it is short, but offers a little bit of technical experience. It is mostly wide double track, but its all good.
Recommended Route: from the trailhead, turn right on the At&T Easement until you come to a trail on your left marked by blue spraypaint. Turn on thatand follow it down to the bottom. At the end, you should see a lake.turn right nto the dirt road in front of yu. After crossing the bridge, turn left and up th [extremely short] hill. Follow the trail to a stream crossing. At the stream, you should see a mudhole right in front of you. if you want to do that, read section 2. (1) Take a left onto the trail directly after the stream and climb. and when it flattens out a bit, go straight all the way out to the (unpaved)road. This is cooper lane. take a left on the road and clim the hill. when you reach the top, you are at the trailhead again. (2) Take a left onto the trail directly after the stream and climb. and when it flattens out a bit, take the right. climb the easy hill until there is a turn on the right again. Take it. Look down at the mudhole from the top of the short but steep hill, and shred. hit the mud straight on and you might stay on the bike. after you have had your fill, follow section one's directions.
