, from Howell Summary: Use this tract for a ripping cardio workout but watch out for the riff raff and the horses. All in all it is an enjoyable workout but it is not a real mountain bike workout. Recommended Route: This is a single 5 mile cinder loop that is striclty for beginners. Other recommended trails in the same area: Clayton park

, from SouthJersey Summary: Its good for a workout or to take the family too. Other wise if your up that way go to Allaire State Park. Besides fancypants bikes are cool! Recommended Route: There's only one route to take (that i know of) Other recommended trails in the same area: Allaire
