Gimp. But it is riding. Loops take 20 minutes at most. The jumps along the trail are the only thing that makes the ride alright.

Summary:
Frost Woods is a great place for beginners to get a feel for their bike. The BMX course is the highlight of the woods. There are some single tracks and short downhills that are fun to ride. Frost Woods is also a good place for a quick workout. Overall Frost Woods is not a very difficult course.

Summary:
If your 12 like me, it's ok, very easy, we play tag in the woods. I like going to Plattikill with my dad much much better. (PS - this is a beginners area, take the kids, take a beginner, over in 30-45 minutes, nothing serious)

Recommended Route:
We live across the street. Rt. 18 to Ryders Lane, left turn on Summerhill, right turn on Frost Ave, go to end, park, entrance right there by Frost School.

Other recommended trails in the same area:
If you want to have fun it's ok, if you want to work, don't come.

Summary:
Great ride for beginners. There are many single-track trails with small hills and a few stumps & roots. They even have a small BMX type of course about a 1/2 mile in from New Brunswick ave. It's kind of small. You could ride the whole course in about an hour. Bring the kids, it's a good place for them to learn how to ride in the many sandy areas-leave the single speed bikes at home, unless you only want to use the BMX course.

Recommended Route:
Enter at New Brunswick Road.

Other recommended trails in the same area:
Thompson Park in Jamesburg
