Downhiller Summary: Great beginner introduction to mountain biking. A few short climbs ( one fairly tricky steep/sandy) but nothing terrible. As the trail gets closer to the Hannah Dustin Bridge it narrows out a bit and has some short, techy singletrack loops if you choose to dip off the main trail for them. Recommended Route: Start at the Sewalls Falls Dam, head down the trail until you reach the Sewalls Falls Bridge. Cross under the bridge and continue to follow the trail. Hop on the train tracks at the end of the trail and ride the tracks untill the next path Other recommended trails in the same area: The powerlines that run parallel to this trail have some more challenging trails (sandy and muddy). A gentle dirt trail opposite of the powerlines makes for a nice family ride

Cross Country Rider Summary: This is a nice easy trail for beginners and was a perfect place for me to get back into biking after my shoulder surgery. There's usually at least a couple people down near Sewells falls so keep an eye out. I haven't been up to the Hannah Dustin section in ages but I do remember there was a nice place to swim with a decent beach.
