Summary:
Decent amount of singletrack considering the trails are within Nashua city limits. The Spaghetti bowl is highly recommended, as others have indicated below, but what is missing in the other reviews is any mention of the excellent Barbwire.

Recommended Route:
To get to Barbwire from the ball fields, start off on the Yellow trail whose trailhead is across the raod from center field of the fenced-in ball field (as mentioned below the trailhead is a bit overgrown and you won't see the narrow trial until you're right next to it). The Yellow trail will intersect with the Red trail ~.3-.4 mile in - continue straight on the Yellow trail. The Yellow trail will then intersect a paved access road. This is only ~.2 mile from the Red trail.

The Yellow trail continues on the opposite side of the road, about 50 feet to the left of where you came out on the road. Stay to the right until you come out onto the fireroad. Go right on the fireroad, and then take a quick left onto a doubletrack. This will take you thru a couple of fields. Stay to the left, and the trail will take you around a swamp/pond. You will hit a 'T' intersection about .5 mile from the last road crossing.

Go left at the 'T' intersection after the swamp, and then a quick right. Stay left at the next fork, and this brings you into a field. Stay right, and take a right turn into the woods. About 50' into the woods you will see the entrance to Barbwire on the right.

Other recommended trails in the same area:
Mine Falls is good when ou want to air it out and ride really fast, smooth stuff. It's not a big trail system, there is very little technical terrain, and lots of pedestrian traffic, but it can be a fun way to kill an hour or two.

For more adventure head op to FOMBA, or, if you don't mind a longer drive, Bear Brook is hands down the best trail system in southern NH.

Summary:
Started out from the ball field side. there is a small, overgrown trail head across the access road from the parking lot (easy to miss do not go past the gate) follow the yellow trail for a mile of so until it intersects the red trail. If you go right on the red trail it leads back to the main road with some nice single track. If you go left on the red trail it will bring you back to the access road, just past the gate. I don't suggest the trails across the access road as they are weak and mostly double track. and the moto track is a big old sand pit. (easy to get lost past that point, lots of intersecting double track) but I'm sure you can connect to mine falls if you knew where to go. Don't know about continuing on the yellow trail, didn't get back there but it's probably worth a go.

to get to the spaghetti bowl follow the access road from the parking lot almost to the main road and take the double track to your left. follow it till it crosses the main road and through the jersey barriers. follow this paved path past the pond and look for a trail head on the right. this trail goes up a small climb and then splits. take the left hand loop first and follow it clockwise. then go back to the split and do the other side. this route is either a loop or it follows the ponds edge. which has the bigger ladders, but is sometimes blocked off by active beavers...

Recommended Route:
all in all this trail system is short and fragmented.. the bowl trails are sweet (tight and twisty) and the stunts are top notch but it needs more mileage to make it worth a weekend ride...

Other recommended trails in the same area:
Dracut/lowell & massabesic & russell mill
