90% beginner stuff, if you take some of the less traveled stuff you can find some intermediate terrain. Great place to unwind, trails along the ocean, varried terrain, sand, stone, marsh, and single track. Some historical significance to the place. Lots of bunkers and stone walls.
Summary: we'll in short this isn't quite mountain biking, but its fun if you wanna bum around and see some neat sites. you could bring your girlfriend or little brother here without much problem and they'd have fun too. the old bunkers and ocean veiws are what makes this place worth while. pretty neat to just see all the stuff but not that great for getting in shape or doing crazy stuff on your bike.
Recommended Route: if you want you can ride on top of the bunkers and there is some short single track stuff but its extremely limited.
Other recommended trails in the same area: fork rock ... if you like to try something much harder

Ridden Trail: Every few months
Reviewed by: John
, from Manchester, NH
Summary: I come here for one of three reasons. 1) To have fun riding with the kids in an easy place with a great view. 2) For a romantic picnic with the wife where views of the ocean and harbor from atop the bunkers are phenominal. 3) To ride my bike and remind myself what is important in life. Deep stuff huh!
Recommended Route: Park at the Science Center and head North along the ocean. There are few trails so it is next to impossible to get lost.
Other recommended trails in the same area: As with most of the NH reviews you'll read for this area, go to Exeter, FOMBA in Manchester, Lynn Woods, Pawtuckaway, or Bear Brook if you want a variety of fast and/or technical terrain to conquer.
