Summary:
a little bit of everything, great for beginners. i like to ride it on my fully rigid and put my girlfriend on my full suspension rig.
my ratings are from a beginner perspective, and the aerobics depends totaly on how you ride it, the faster you go the more fun this place it.

Recommended Route:
follow the fire roads until you see a trail head, then take it. the trails almost always meet back up with the fire roads.

Other recommended trails in the same area:
yudickee farms, like everyone else said, it's a fun place go check it out.

Summary:
Yawn. It's a niceplace to bring kids if you've got em, but it's awfully boring and clogged with dogwalkers etc. I amused myslef by riding on the iced over river, but that option's out this late in the year.

Summary:
Mines Falls is a great all around trail. Lots of flat trails/fire roads for beginners, with some singletrack that goes off the main roads into the woods and runs next the river.

It's a NICE trail to ride as almost everything there follows either the river or the canal. Lots of mileage down there if you can find it all. The trails go all the way from downtown to the stadium by Nashua South.

Only one really technical trail down by the waterfall, another decent one from the waterfall to the high school. Other than that everything is very easy and can be pretty relaxing.

Recommended Route:
I normally park by the soccer fields, go over the bridge and take the second right, then a left to loop around the fields. After that trail, take a left and go under the highway, stay right at the fork, then head into the single track that follows the water up to the waterfall. From there, find the trailhead on the other side of the road from the building that leads from the waterfall to the boat ramp...continue to the high school. At the high school take a left over the bridge, then a left again to head back in the direction of the waterfall. Some trials off to the right with some fun drops, just keep exploring from that point on. :-)

Other recommended trails in the same area:
Yudicky, FOMBA

Summary:
This was my first time to this area. The wife went along is a bit more timid. This trail system is great for the beginner because there are flat trails and also more intermediate trails off to the side to "get your feet wet". I'll definitly be back to Mines Falls Park.

Recommended Route:
Depends on your degree of expertise.
