, from Hollis Summary: The beaver brook assoc. trail system is pretty nice. My only complaint is that you can't bike on a lot of the nicer trials. A lot of the bike trails are basicly fire roads. There are some very nice trails, though, if you know where they are. The ability levels range from beginner to "need trials skills in some parts." (I like those) There is parking for Beaver Brook all around town it seems. Ask around, and any local will know where you can park. Recommended Route: You can NOT get into the Beaver Brook trail system from the Silver Lake parking lot. The trails on the left side are the silver lake trials. You can hook-up into the town forrest if the pond is low. Other recommended trails in the same area: The Hollis Town forrest is being eaten up by development. There are still some nice trials, but they are getting gobbled up by developers fast. Mines falls is in the next town and there is some nice riding there.

, from Nashua Summary: Lots of double track and fire roads with some good hills. Watch for dirtbikes and horses, otherwise this area is not too busy. Look for some cool single track along some of the ridges along the brook. These are not on the map. The Silver Lake park rangers sometimes have maps of the fire roads. This area has some good variety so that begginers and more experienced riders will both find something. For good hills, head down the trail at the right side of the Silver Lake lot (facing the woods) and turn right at the big 5 way intersection. There is a good climb that turns into a fun down hill ride once you hit the field at the top. Bring your bug spray, the area is mostly swamps and ponds. Recommended Route: Beaver Brook trail. This is left of the Silver Lake Parking lot as you face away from the lake. Also hit the trails to the right of the lot. Other recommended trails in the same area: FOMBA trails in Auburn
