From Interstate 80 exit 324 proceed South to Giltner. After crossing the railroad continue South until the stop sign. Go east 2 miles on the paved road, at the bottom of the hill go north 1/8th mile and run west and you will see the lodge. The trail begins just north of the lodge on the tree line looking over the valley.

The trail is a varied mix of single track and wider maintained walking trails thru the native praire. Water crossings with several bridges tie in 40 acers of trails that can be ridden by all skill levels.

The trail works the ridge of the valley with some nice down hill sections that can drop 30+ feet in elevation. Several terraces provide some nice air that calls to be repeated several times.

There are bathrooms and water in the main lodge that is open durning the day. A shelter and fire pit are availble for meals and relaxing. There is also a basketball court and a canoe lake on the acreage.

Camping is very secluded, as it should be! Its a great way to unwind and "get off the grid".

Ajoining the acerage is a nice paved road that was completed if you want to bring a road bike as well. Not much traffic and a good even grade.

All in all its a great ride for Central Nebraska.
