Various technical switchbacks and such. Not for beginners but a wonderful trail with great views you can also rent the lookout for an overnighter Recommended Route:
Best to drive up 337 and look for 7179. Go down 7179f? at the gate and watch for the trail head on your left. Trail goes up and down from there. We went down the actual trail for the first mile and it was messy with lots of blowdown. Thats why the road is the best method.
