These trails aren't so great for mountain bikes, but the BMXer's will love it. there are at least 15 dirt jumps and a few grinding ledges. There are plans for the future to build much more.

I can not find this dirt jump area for the life of me, can anybody help? It seems that either the gps pin location is incorrect or the directions are.

Summary:
this place is great for bmxer's and mountain bikes, but if you only ride mountain bikes you can fallow perkins up a few more blocks and ride the snowball trails.
