Downhiller Summary: I am said Guru and good news for the Burg. Cave Hollow is groomed and has never looked better. Unfortunately we are still trying to get the city to allow us to put up jumps and skinnies. For now we just have to improvise with fallen tree jumps and what not. All the bridges that were washed away have been restored and I just got finished anchoring them down. New trails might pop up later on in the season after the leaves fall. Another great trail system is Knob Noster Park, follow DD until you get to Possum Hollow and follow the road straight until you reach the trail head at the end of the road. See you out there. For more info swing by or call Freeride in Warrensburg located on Holden in the downtown area. Recommended Route: Trail names are in the works and describing a route will be easier then. i'll keep you updated Other recommended trails in the same area: Knob Noster Possum Hollow

Cross Country Rider Summary: Cave is a good spot now. Recently, the local club, Freetrails, has added some ladders and cleared brush. They have also added some new short loops. The Cave is full of tight turns. A true city park trail...short but technical. From Hwy 50 take the Bus. 50 exit, go south on Main, west on Gay. There is a parking lot by the ball fields on your right at the end of Gay. Stop at Freeride, downtown bike shop, and buy some granola and tubes! You might even get a local to lead your expedition. Peace Recommended Route: Just ride it all Other recommended trails in the same area: Once approved, the new Possum Hollow trail at Knob State Park will be spectacular. Until then, Landahl in Blue Springs is it.
