The trails are mostly snowmobile and hiking trials with no single track. The terrain is scattered with glaciated morrains and hills 100-200 ft high. Camping, Fishing, Boat Rental and Swimming are also available at the park.

Summary:
Being that its 15 min. from my cabin its a great reason to bring the bikes with up north. And an even greater reason to escape the fam and get some riding in.

Rolling terrain, bogs, lakes, views, pine forests, climbs, downhills(watch for hikers). Mainly fireroads, plenty of riding for a short afternoon.

Northing too technical but a great ride none the less. Wouldn't search it out as being the best trail for riding but if your camping be sure to bring the bike.

Watch for 1" diamter sticks. One ate my rear deraileur, deraileur hanger, spokes and wheel.

Recommended Route:
Off of old hwy 65 I believe. About 10 miles north of McGregor. Follow brown state park sites.

Other recommended trails in the same area:
logging/snowmobile trails everywhere.

Summary:
Some of the best cross country in the state. The trails are fun to ride because you actually go somewhere.

Recommended Route:
Check out the continental divide trail.
