the trail has many parts that wind around near the river and near the paved bike trail. you will have to cross the paved trail to get to other sections. there ar many small loops and parts that extend all the way to highway 52. the best way to find all of the sections is to ride the paved trail and keep eyes peeled for trails that go off inot the woods. this is not a very god workout with zero climbs but it is better than anything i have ridden in rochester

This trail sucks. There is no clear path. You will spend lots of time backtracking as most of the trails lead to fire pits littered with empty beer cans. There is also a lot of tall grass. Don't waste your time.
