Summary:
Jay Cooke allows mountain bikers on the Forbay, Greely Creek, Oak, and Triangle Trails. They are mostly ski trails with a dirt ribbon single track down the center. The terrain is rolling with some good climbs. You can find the trails as loops that come off the Munger Trail. There are also great views of the St. Louis River Valley!

Recommended Route:
Go to the park headquarters on HWY 210.

Other recommended trails in the same area:
Piedmont, Hartley, Lester, Spirit Mountain, Mont Du Lac, Pokegama

trail starts out fairly flat.be patient,it gets much better and more technical with ups and downs.many exposed roots and some rock gardens.make sure you take the short but uphill single-track to the look out,its well worth it.

Recommended Route:
