Summary:
It's Indian HEIGHTS, not Indian hills. Overall this trail system is pretty small (it'd be hard to ride 3 miles without riding the same stuff), but pretty fun. It has a lot of little drops and chutes as well as some singletrack and some wider stuff. I wouldn't make a roadie to get there, but if you live in rochester it's a nice place to just mess around. Beggars can't be choosers when it comes to Rochester mountain biking. I've heard in recent years due to neglect some of the trails are eroded or overgrown.

Other recommended trails in the same area:
Eastwood park is an ok place to ride as well. Also a new place called hawthorn hills, which i haven't been to yet. That's pretty much it for rochester riding, except for a couple other really small places.
