Trail Directions
Brownie Lake is just south of Theodore Wirth Park and just north of Cedar Lake. The easy trail goes around the entire lake, but it is still fun. The really technical trail runs from south to north on the west side of the lake off in the wooods.

Summary:
It was worth checking out cause its about a 10 minute bike from my work. I was bored and decided to see what it was like. It was kinda boring and really trashed. If youre biking the greenway or cedar lake parkway stop at brownie lake, it was fun while it lasted. Dont go out of your way to come here. Just go to theo wirth instead.

Recommended Route:
Run to the west end of the lake till you hit the technical section.

Other recommended trails in the same area:
Theo wirth has some good city riding, especially near the dog pound. Its about a 5 minute bike from brownie lake so you can hit them both up if you want! Theo worth has seen better days though, not looking as good as I remember it.

Summary:
very cool compared to alot of stuff in the area. Excellent workout if you do it a few times. Dont do it if your a p#$$y. Some of the downhills are a little spooky but if you can muster up a little guts they are not that hard. very twisty, never time to relax if you keep pedaling. It used to be a little funner but somebody did some "trail repair" whats that anyway, if your not in it for the challenge, hit the pavement. only four stars cuz its too short. but deffinatly fun!

Recommended Route:
the trail is off in the woods on the west side of the lake. Dont be fooled by the trail that circles the lake. if you dont find it just hit the west side of the lake and go into the woods youll eventually run into it

Other recommended trails in the same area:
Theodore wirth

Summary:
The trail seems to be getting pretty torn up. Trees have fallen, ruts are now canyons and the whole "flow" seems to be gone. We'll see what happens. But, we better make sure it's completely dry before we ride if we want this to last the summer.

Summary:
Very Technical but ridable when dry.
Could be longer.
Optional obstacles available.
Complimentes to the creators of this loop.

Recommended Route:
Come from the south end of lake head north along bluff by buildings.Welcome you got hill.

Other recommended trails in the same area:
I allways combine Cedar lake and Wirth Park trails with this ride for a well balanced combination of skills, speed and trial variety.
